It’s #place2be Children’s Mental Health Week 5-11 February 2024.

Children’s Mental Health Week was launched in 2015 and each year, hundreds of schools, children, parents and carers take part. Its now in its 10th year and the theme is ‘My Voice Matters’.

At diddi dance we understand the benefit of movement to music, and how learning to express yourself at a young age has a huge positive impact on children’s mental health ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’š
